Polyflow diverges at final few steps

  Hey all,
  
  I was trying to run some simulations of in polyflow using Evolution in inlet volumetric flow rate {f(S)=S}. The simulation runs fine until the final few steps. The final S value is taken as 1 and the simulations diverges at S=0.99149. Anyone has any idea what I'm doing wrong?
