Subscriberi have been gettng this message for almost a week now and i dont see any issue with the ports
i have deleted all the ports and reassigned thema nd still getting the same error

SubscriberPort refinement, process hf3d error: Waveport s is internal to solution domain and not fully backed with a PEC object.. Please contact Ansys technical support.

Ansys EmployeeHi Sami,
Please note that the wave port is to be external to the model.
If you intend to use it inside of a model then it should have a PEC object. In the latest version of Ansys Electronics Desktop, the tool will prompt automatically during the port creation.
If you are new to Ansys HFSS then I suggest you to go through this video based course - Ansys HFSS Port Types - ANSYS Innovation Courses.
