port refinement process hf3d error

  Hello,
  
  I am trying to analyze a patch antenna. Previously, I mistakenly implemented a radiation boundary box that made direct contact with the lumped port on the side of the antenna.
  
  Now I have moved to a PML, but I am getting the following error messages (see attached)
  
  Any help would be appreciated!

  I don't think the lumped port is allow to touch any boudaries between the internal and outside spaces.
