SubscriberHello,
I am learning to simulate VOF-DPM model. I choose one case to practice about it.
You can see the boundary condition in picture 1.
Picture 1
1) From left side Air is flowing at velocity 100 m/s
2) From top side of the nozzle (diameter 0.002 m)the water is entering at speed of 10 ms.
Physics : K omega SST, Multiphase water and air, Phase iteration VOF -DPM
I was able to run the simulation but I am not able to detect lump generated by simulation.
Picture 2) ( in comments)
i found the same case in youtube. This is the post process results which i want.
Can anyone help me to guide how can i generate the similar post process.( I tried with iso surface of water range volume fraction 0.01 but did not work)
Thank you in advance.

Forum ModeratorIso surface at about VOF = 0.5 is usually about right.
The above also looks to include particle tracks and surface mesh display.

SubscribernHello,nMy name is Neel Shah and I am currently working on VOF-DPM transition modelling. I was able to run the same simulation but, it showed that no lump where formed during the simulation. Did you face the same error? Where you able to generate the post-processing, like I am facing some difficulties in creating the same animation as show in above figure?nLooking forward to hear from younEdit - Rob. Please keep the conversation on here so others can learn too. n
