Post-processing of Transient Simulation

I have a query regarding the post processing of transient data because when it is transient there are so many data files to handle and then to analyze the results from it. Generally for each time step we import the data and then save their contours, vectors, plots, etc and then repeat it for the next time step. It becomes too tedious when there are more number of data files. Is there any way we can reduce these much of efforts and make it simple??n

Choose one point of interest and plot the result quantity of interest at that point vs. time.n

Are you using Fluent or CFD-Post. nIf you are using standalone Fluent for post processing, please use journal files. In journal file you can use TUI to read file, plot contours, vectors etc, save images. Please see help manual for more details about these commands. nYou can also use search as Quick Search on this forum and you will get some posts about TUI. nIf you are using CFD - Post, is it possible for you to use it in WB? nArraynRegards,nKeyurnGuidelines for Posting on Ansys Learning ForumnHow to access ANSYS help linksnn
