SubscriberI'm checking the d3plot of my vehicle model (the thermal solver on) in LS-Prepost. The software always dead when I try to use Fcomp for effective plastic strain, x/y/z stress etc.I tried the version 4.8.3, 4.9 and 4.10.2, but none of them worked. So, I have to use the V2.4 to plot the contours. What could be the reasons? Is there an updated version can work?

Ansys EmployeeHello Chenxi,
Have you tried with the DEV version of LSPP?
https://ftp.lstc.com/anonymous/outgoing/lsprepost/dev/
Are you running LSPP on Windows or Linux?
Do you get an error message when LSPP crahes? If so, could you post a screenshot?
Reno.

SubscriberI use Windows. There is no error message. The thermal solver and electric solver is on. It's actually takes several minutes to show effective plastic strain contours in the new versions(4.8.3, 4.9, 4.10.2 and LS-PrePost-4.11-x64-12Apr2023). But it only takes few seconds to show the countour in V2.4.
