Problem account Ansys Discovery

      Hello, 

      I have a customer who has a problem when he tries to launch his Ansys Spaceclaim license when he has to enter his email and password, it tells him that his account is blocked!
      Here is the image in PJ !
      Can you unblock the customer's account?

      I see in the image that the customer is trying to 'Sign up' but the customer seems to have an already registered account which does not seem to be blocked. 

      Can you please check if he's trying to Sign in or Sign up? Can you please ask him to try though a browser separately, instead of login in from Spaceclaim interface?


      Or has he lost the password or too many failed attempts? If so, please request him to use the 'Forgot password' option.

      It's ok, it worked by going through the Ansys site directly.
