Problem between Spaceclaim and Keyshot

  Good morning, sir,
  
  A client discovery Spaceclaim has a problem with spaceclaim is Keyshot!
  He models a volume in Spaceclaim, then he uses the bi-directional plug in to transmit the geometry in Keyshot.
  As you can contact him on the attached image, Keyshot opens but you can't see the geometry. If you go back to Spaceclaim, it crashes automatically...
  
  We tried to uninstall discovery and Keyshot to reinstall as administrator but the problem persists.
  
  Do you have a solution to solve this problem?

  Try updating the graphics drivers on the PC. Also make sure antivirus or Windows Defender are not interfering both at the time of installation and when launching KeyShot. In some cases these may prevent critical items from being installed, or prevent SpaceClaim from properly launching and linking with KeyShot.

    I'm coming back to you with my problem because I'm more accurate.
    my customer manages to make appear the 3d from spaceclaim for the files which has already realized. on the other hand it does not manage to make appear the 3d realized in spaceclaim, in keyshot. Even by applying a texture to the 3d

  I took the hand on the client PC, its graphic card was up to date!
  But we disabled the firewall and it works again!
