SubscriberHi all, me and my friends had a problem executing our stress analysis on our pipe. The reason being is because the "model type" interface under definition does not pops out (example figure below). Therefore we cannot select pipe as our model type. Can anyone help on this matter? Thanks!
P/s: Our model is imported from CATIA.

Ansys EmployeeDo you want to do fluids simulation or structural? Are you going to use Fluent or Ansys solver?nIf you are going to do structural, please post is under structural. nIf you want to do fluids, then model type will not play any role. You will need to create geometry and then go to mesh for meshing. Please check basic tutorials on Fluent. nRegards,nKeyurnHow to access Ansys Online Help DocumentnHow to show full resolution imagenGuidelines on the Student CommunitynHow to use Google to search within Ansys Student CommunitynViewing 1 reply thread- You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
