Problem in Maxwell and Twin builder (Simplorer) transient co-simulation

  Hello All,
  
  I'm trying to run a transient co-simulation between Maxwell and Simplorer. I can run both of them separately but when I link them together, I will face these errors and the simulation will stop working:

  I'm using Ansys through CMC license at the University of Alberta. I've checked the "Enable the transient-transient link with twin builder" in the maxwell and I've added the maxwell model from the transient co-simulation option in the twin builder. My Ansys version is 2019R3. I will really appreciate it if anyone could help me with this problem.
