SubscriberDid you extract the zip file to a folder on your C: drive?
Did you turn off your Anti-Virus software?
Did you RMB on setup.exe to "Run as administrator"?

SubscriberYou should install MS .NET Framework 4.6.2 yourself separately before you install ANSYS.
What folder name did you use for the ANSYS files extracted from the zip file? It should be something simple like C:install using only English characters.

Ansys EmployeeHi saivignesh786@gmail.com,
Try renaming or deleting the folder C:Program FilesANSYS Inc before you attempt another installation.
Inside the installation package, there is a folder called 'prereq' , go in there and install all of those manually. Then, proceed with the software installation.
If that doesn't work, make sure you have write permission in C:Program FilesANSYS Inc and executable permission in C:Users
AppDataLocalTemp
Thank you,
Win

SubscriberHi tsiriaks
I tried again by following all the procedures .
I tried again by installing all the files in the prereq folder prior to installation and again installed the setup file.
Now I can able to install and use it.
Thanks to you and everyone for the support throughout the time.
Cheers
Have a great time.
