Problem launching SC2020R2

      Hello and Happy New Year, One of our customer has a launch problem for the 2020R2 version of Spaceclaim ( see photo) Can you confirm the expiration date of his license to make sure he can update it: CUSTUMER ID SC361549. The strange thing is that if you run SC2020R1 then SC2020R2 the R2 runs without any problem but if I run R2 alone it doesn't work. The client tells me that it is possible that the installation of the R2 was done while the R1 was running.... Can this have an impact? Regards

      Hello charlie

      I got an email notification saying that the problem is resolved, but I am not seeing any post under this question. Can you let me know if this question is resolved or needs to be looked into?

      Hello,

      Yes the problem is partially solved...at least I understood where the problem came from....there may have been an exchange of license during their renewal in 04/2020... we are investigating with B.Chollat responsible for Spaceclaim Europe.
      I will keep you informed of the conclusion.

      In the meantime, do not take into account this ticket....
