Hi, my discovery & space claims are having issue after reformatted my OS lately. First, I installed 2023R1. and it doesn't work. Then followed by reinstall the software to 2022R2, until 2022R1. It is still having the same issues.
Please do advice what should i do to solve the issues.
Thanks.

Forum ModeratorHi Ansys_SC OXTI ,
Please try downloading the patch January 2023 Subscription Licensing Issue - Knowledge Base - Ansys Discovery Forum and let me know if this resolves the issue.
If that doesn't work try disabling Intel graphics on the machine and see if that helps. Also please try installing the latest redistributable. You can try installing the appropriate one from here: Latest supported Visual C++ Redistributable downloads | Microsoft Docs
Please try installing the VC_redist.x64.exe and vc_redist.x86.exe for Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2022 package. If you already have 2015 installed, you may need to uninstall before installing this downloaded version.
Thanks and Regards.

Forum ModeratorHi Ansys_SC OXTI ,
Can you try launching it as administrator and see if that helps.
If that doesn't help, try activating the licenses using the command window and then try launching the application?
Please refer Discovery Subscription license - Command line options for instructions on activating licenses through command line.
Please check if you are using the latest installer Discovery Downloads - Knowledge Base - Ansys Discovery Forum
Also, make sure Firewalls/antivirus are not blocking SpaceClaim from running (temporarily turn off firewalls and antivirus).
Let me know if this resolves the issue for you.
Thanks and Regards
