      Hello,

I have a client who has a big problem with the slowness of the attached file which is not very large.
At first sight the different elements of the file are clean.
Do you have an explanation for these problems of slowness?
      Here is the attached file.

      Hello NOVACAD

I'm able to reproduce the slow behaviour.

Let me investigate this further and get back to you.

      Hello Subashni,

Were you able to investigate the problematic file internally?

      Hello NOVACAD

The file you have shared looks like a lot of components have been externalised.
As you may already know, externalising and internalising components multiple times may cause slowness.

To improve the performance you could try a couple of things:

Under SpaceClaim Options > Popular> Graphics Performance options:
Set the rendering quality to a lower value and set Anti-aliasing to Low or Off.

Under SpaceClaim Options > Advanced> Graphics:

Uncheck Enhanced Shaded and Multi-threaded Faceting.

You can also try setting the Graphics to 'Shaded' instead of 'Enhanced Shaded' in the Display tab.

Making these changes have helped in improving the performance for some other customers.

Please let me know if this works for you.

      Hello,

I have just tried to make the modifications in the options but for the moment this model is still very very slow and we do not see any improvement...
