Problem oui autosave functionality

  Hello,
  
  I have a question about the autosave function of spaceclaim.
  This one is set by default to save the files of a design every 15 minutes in a given directory and keep them for 5 days.
  I have a client who had a problem with a file he was working on yesterday, today when he goes to autosave there is no more file.
  I tried to look on my PC and indeed I have files from today but not from yesterday when I spent my day on the software.
  
  Can you please explain me how autosave works in spaceclaim and why can't it find files from yesterday?

  Can try setting it to a non-default value, and see if it helps?
  
  In the meantime, I will try to check it on my own with a file, and see if it autosaves them. If I experience a similar issue, even though the recovery settings set to default, I will get in touch with the experts to get back with a solution/workaround, and if required, file a bug report.

  I tried to change the settings of the autosave function at the level of directories and time.
  But it didn't change anything, yesterday I had files in the directory and this morning there are no more!
  Did you try on your side ?
  Can you fix the bug if you get the same results as me ?

    Even I have faced the issue, although I don't have a reason for this occurrence. I have raised a bug ticket (Bug ID:332580), for the developers to look into it. I will update you if and when I hear back from them.
