Hello everyone, hope everyone is doing fine and simulating well. I am here today with an issue related to radiation model which I just started getting my hands on. My problem statement is described as below:

I am trying to simulate an Urban Farming module with a 78 million cells and 44 million nodes. In the domain the Urban Farming module is surrounded by buildings and has two segments i.e left and right chamber. I am doing a radiation simulation with Solar Ray tracing model. When I proceed with just one segment i.e either left or right it is working fine but when I am introducing the whole model including left and right segment it is giving me some divergence issue. Nevertheless, when I just do the initialization I am getting this as follows

The above is when I am using the whole model. But when I do use with each segment I do notice certain values in place of nan. 

Can anyone help me whyand where the problem is existing and how to troubleshoot it?
