Problem to activate discovery essentials

      Hi, 

      A custumer of Spaceclaim (Polyshape) have a lot of Discovery essentials license. They installed their license on several PC without any problem !

      But in one PC, he installs the license and he enter the ID and passwords to activate the license.

      On a PC, after successfully installing the license and entering the ID and password, they have the error messages attached.

      Do you have an idea to solve the problem ?

      How long has it been since they installed Discovery?  The software checks to ensure the subscription is still valid approximately every 30 days.  Is it possible some change was made to the network or firewall settings on the machine that could be interfering with the communication between this PC and our server?

      Hi,

      This company just migrated a week ago to discovery licenses so they are installing the software on the different PCs. 
      I will forward your email to the customer to see if the requested manipulations can solve the problem.

      Hi, 

      The customer tried the above manipulations but it did not work. 
      However, he tried the manipulation described in this image and it works. 
      The problem is that he is obliged to start the manipulation at each start.
      Do you have a solution to avoid restarting this procedure each time you start discovery?
