Problem to import a step file in Spaceclaim

  Hello,
  
  I have a client who has a problem importing a step file from one of his suppliers. SpaceClaim refuses to open it.
  I tried with another software able to open the steps and it worked (see attached image)
  You will find an example of the file in attachment.
  Do you know where the problem can come from?

  Is it possible to get the file in a native file format or in some other format. 203/214/242 are the step file formats that are supported, can you check if the files are saved with this?

  The file has been downloaded directly on the website of a standard elements supplier, so I can't know the source of the STEP file and its extension type. In the step extension, is there any other extension than 203, 214 or 242?
  After that it's a step file that can be opened in other drawing softwares so it's strange that Spaceclaim can't open it. If I export the file from the other drawing software to re-export in step, it works.
  But for the time being, the client has no other software than Spaceclaim at hand...

  I have some STEP files that opening them with the 2021R1 version of SpaceClaim open without geometry, while with the previous versions they open correctly
