Problem to import file

  Hi,
  
  A customer of spaceclaim as a problem with Spaceclaim 19.2 to import step file (or file different than scdoc).
  
  This customer usually double clic on the file in the deskop, normally this action open the file in spaceclaim.
  
  In the 2019.2 version of the software, when they do the same action, they have the error message "no servers provided : ANSYSLI_SERVERS: Flexlm SERVERS:"
  
  I try also and I have the same problem.
  
  In the front version, this action was possible.
  
  Can you resolv the problem ?

  oK I try to change the key register value and add "/USERUNNINGSPACECLAIM=true".
  
  But when I try to double click on a step file, the problem was always the same !

    NOVACAD There are multiple entries in the registry key for spaceclaim. You need to edit the correct entry as listed in below link. Can you check this and try out again?

  Ok, effectively i was not in the good registry key ! Now, if spaceclaim is open in my computer, he opens the step file on the new tab. But if Spaceclaim was not open, the problem persist !
  
  I don't know why but it's impossible to force windows to open always step or stl file with spaceclaim. If I do that it's just for one time, even if i tick always open step files with this application.
