PROBLEM TO IMPORT SOLIEDGE FILE

  A spaceclaim client is trying to import a client's file in native soliedge.
  Spaceclaim gives the error message "imput file version is not supported"
  
  What is the meaning of this message?
  You have an example in Attachment

  Solidedge V18 S10 is supported by Discovery 19.2. You can see the compatible versions in the help documentation at this location . Can you please ensure that the file you are trying to import is supported by Discovery SpaceClaim 19.2?
