Is it possible to Compile a UDF just with a tool of Visual Studio, and then just Load this UDF in Fluent instead of Build and then Load ?

Ansys EmployeeNo as the tool will require to know all stuff that Fluent needs: the define macros, the cell access macros,... All of this is quite odd for the tool.
You need to start Fluent from the tool command prompt and compile and work. Please go through the post by Vishal as it is matching your situation:
