Problem using Modelica in Twinbuilder

  I am using version 2020 R!. See the attached screenshot.
  I am able to see Modelica components in an example project:
  But when I try to create my own Modelica model, I am only able to write the code, but not able to construct the schematic using the GUI since, as you can see in the screenshot, I don't see any components in the Component Libraries window (on the right).
  During startup, it tries to load the pre-installed Modelica libraries and that's when the error message (at the bottom pops up)
  The error message says, "Failed to check out license ''. No such license exists (FLEXlm Error )" Notice the license name is blank as well as the flexlm error number.
  This seems like a bug in the program. Can anybody suggest a fix or workaround? Thanks.

  TwinBuilder is not included in the academic licenses.
