SubscriberHello,
It is the first time i install Ansys 19.2 and i haven't been able to do it.
When i try to install the program, during the preparation to install, it show me this message.
I'm sure that my file is completed, because my friend used it before.
Can anybody help me?

Ansys EmployeeHello,
As ANSYS Employee, we can not download attachments. Can you please insert image.
Also as it is related to installation, can I move it to Installation category for better response.
Regards,

Ansys EmployeeHi matteoesposito,
Did your friend use the same zipped folder or unzipped folder ? If zipped folder, please check the size of your unzipped folder against the one from your friend and see if you unzipped it completely.
Thank you,
Win

Ansys EmployeeThat file is always required.
Please right click on the unzipped installation package folder -> Properties , then post the screenshot of it here.
Also, make sure that you run the setup.exe with 'run as administrator'
Thanks,
Win

Ansys EmployeeCan you try installing it again and if you encounter the same issue, see if you have the file 'install.log' and 'install.err' under (default installation location) C:Program FilesANSYS IncANSYS Student . If so, please post the content (starting from the latest installation attempt) in this post.
Thank you,
Win

Ansys EmployeeHi suleyman,
I would recommend to create a separate thread for your issue.
But for the 'graphscene' issue, you migh try resolutions from here

Thank you,

Ansys EmployeeDo you have any zipped/unzipped applications installed on the machine ? If so, please try uninstalling them. Then, delete the C:Program FilesANSYS Inc folder and reinstall it again.
If that doesn't help, try creating another Windows user account like 'abc' without quotes ' ' and change the default language of your systems to be English

Thanks,
Win
