SubscriberI have Ansys 2021 R1 installed on a Linux server, but it won’t run. Previous versions did not have a problem, and the installer for this version completed successfully. Any ideas? See below:
% /usr/local/ansys_inc/v211/Framework/bin/Linux64/runwb2

Ansys EmployeeWhich release and version of Linux are you running on?
Also, check the prerequisites in the installation guide for the version you are installing.
Does an install.err exist under /ansys_inc

SubscriberIt's installed on a file server running OpenSUSE Leap 15.2 in /usr/local, which is exported via NFS to various clients running CentOS 7.
No install.err in /ansys_inc
I don't think I've seen an installation guide. I just ran the INSTALL script as I've done for previous versions, and it completed successfully.

Ansys EmployeeI apologize for the delay.
The issue is most likely caused by missing OS library named libpng12 in CentOS.
