Problem with ansys license manager

      Hi a customer of discovery has 2 Discovery Spaceclaim enterprise license and one Discovery standard enterprise license.

      He has installs the product and when he tries to launch Discovery Spaceclaim, he has the error message attach. 

      Did you have a solution to resolve his problem ?

      The customer Charles Elie Goujon just send you the information by email at ansys-discovery-support@ansys.com

      It looks like the latest license file hasn’t been installed on the license server, it was issued on February 6, 2020. Could you please try installing the license file on the license server to see if it resolves your issues?
