SubscriberHello I got the error everytime when I was converting the electrical motor from RMxprt to Maxwell 2D, I also tried to use the examples provided by Ansys, but it has the same problem.
The detailed informations about the error is:
[error] Script macro error: Script Error (Code 8002801d) in file: //....../RMxprtDesign1.results/DV22_SOL8_V40.MExportData/Maxwl3DV.vbs Line(9): "Set oDesktop = oAnsoftApp.GetAppDesktop()"
I searched for the solution in the forum and also in internet, but I couldn't it, so could someone please help me with this?
Thanks a lot.

Are you using any scripting? Or are you getting this error when you are manually converting the RMXprt design to Maxwell?
If so, please share some screenshots of the template you have chosen and which machine are you trying to analyze.

Thanks for the answering, I'm trying to convert the design manually.
The template I used is the assm-1 (adjust-speed Synchronous Machine) from Examples for RMxprt.
I didn't changed any parameters, because I just want to know whether the problem is from my design or the software (or maybe also the computer I used). But it turns out, it's also not working.
I don't have problem with analyzing the design, only when I try to convert the result to Maxwell 2D or 3D.
The screenshot is here:
Thanks a lot.

Ansys EmployeeHi @brynnfau Looks like your machine could not read the VB script.
Is this happening with other models also?
You may need to consider re-installing the software with proper admin rights.
Regards Navya
