Hi all,

when i initial solve with fluent, i get this error, even i set serial or parallel with any case. i already try to reinstall but no change

Yesterday, i run fine but when i using msconfig to unset number of processors. I was set it to 8 (my cpu has 6c/12t), now i set to 8 still cant fix it. Can anyone help me to fix it?

thats all when i using serial  , with parallel will add other node and mpt error

OK, that means the case loads OK. Try standard initialisation. Also, how many cells have you got & how much RAM? What's the mesh quality like?

I was try all case, standard initilisation or simple case like flow over 2d airfoil,.. I also try to reinstall my windows but no change. My case has ~260k hexa cell and i got 16gb ram. Again, my case already run in my computer like i said, now i just reopen it and got this problem, and i cant run any case now. i dont know why.

Look for %appdata%  and rename the ANSYS subfolder for the version you're using: current release is 2019R3 which corresponds to v195.  There will also be a lot more text, load a simple model and post ALL of it.

i was reinstall my window, so i dont have any file in Ansys/v193 in Appdata

OK, so what's the full transcript for a simple model?  Please post an image of the Fluent launcher window too.
