Problem with my ANSYS Student 19.2 Version

Hi,
I have some problems with my ANSYS studen R19.2 version. I used it recently and everything worked well but now my component system icons dissapeard and i have only 3 visible. Then i looked through Tools→License prefernces and i got the following error.
I read through many discussions here but i couldnt find the fix. I even deleted all folders of ansys and reinstalled the software again but it didnt help.

Yes i guess the old version expired somehow. I unistalled ANSYS STUDENT 2019 R2 and installed ANSYS STUDENT 2019 R3 however, now i have the issue that the FLUENT program doesnt work. I got the following error messages. Also, after uninsatlling i deleted the data from my working directory and from %appdata%.
I would really appricate the help
