Problem with my Radiator

i had designed a radiator for cooling purpose but after making a named selection and chose inlet and outlet, all thing is going well until going with mesh I can't complete it and this message appears to me...
(One or more entities failed to mesh. The mesh of the bodies containing these entities may not be up-to-date. However, meshing might be successful on the other entities.)
