Hello 

I've already installed ansys fluent and i have a this problem:  

An unexpected error has occurred: The following required addins could not be loaded: Ans.SceneGraphChart.SceneGraphAddin. The software will exit.

--- System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Nie mo?na za?adowa? pliku lub zestawu 'Ans.Addins.Infrastructure, Version=19.4.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' lub jednej z jego zale?no?ci. Nie mo?na odnale?? okre?lonego pliku.

Fusion log:

OSTRZE?ENIE: rejestrowanie informacji o powi?zaniach zestawów jest wy??czone.

Aby w??czy? rejestrowanie b??dów powi?za? zestawów, ustaw warto?? rejestru [HKLMSoftwareMicrosoftFusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) równ? 1.

Uwaga: z w??czeniem rejestrowania b??dów powi?za? zestawów wi??e si? pewien spadek wydajno?ci.

Aby wy??czy? t? funkcj?, usu? warto?? rejestru [HKLMSoftwareMicrosoftFusion!EnableLog].

Do you have C:Program FilesANSYS IncANSYS Studentinstall.err file ?

If not, try setting your systems language to be English. Also make sure your username contains only English letters and numbers

I dont have this file but I have install.id file

I've done it and still dont work. Maybe I have to reinstall system.

Can you re-post the error message again when you tried with English language and English user account ?

Fusion log:

WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF.

To enable assembly bind failure logging, set the registry value [HKLMSoftwareMicrosoftFusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1.

Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging.

To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLMSoftwareMicrosoftFusion!EnableLog].

I think that is not this but I can't find file which is named like Ans.A.......

You are missing a lot of files. Please try reinstall while using English language and this user account. Make sure you completely remove 'ANSYS Inc' folder before installing a new one.
