problem with the installation of spaceclaim license proxy

      Hello, I have a client with a problem with the installation of spaceclaim license . 
      here are his comments. 
      I attach the scans of his error messages. 

       

      I was asked to install several workstations with the Spaceclaim software, the versions of which are:
      - ANSYS Discovery Essentials
      - ANSYS Discovery Algoryx Momentum.

      After installing the basic software ANSYS Discovery Essentials and Standard (3.0Gb) via their website, the company's security does not allow us to connect to the publisher's license server.

      We succeeded a first time without security, the connection worked well, however, by restoring it and then unlocking the bare essentials it no longer works on a different session.

      On the network side, all the addresses recommended by the editor's documentation have been opened with port 443

      Could you please confirm if you have followed the additional configurations required for a proxy server as listed under 5B of the Troubleshooting Document?
