probleme of launching license

      Hello. I have a problem.
      with one of my clients for the launch of his license 
      spaceclaim. He installed a new version of Windows. 
      Now, when he launches SpaceClaim, he receives these 3 error messages.

      This also appears to one of the server related issues which the concerned team is actively working on to resolve. Meanwhile, please request the customer to manually deactivate and then activate the subscription from command prompt using the commands mentioned in below post:

      The server issue was fixed last week and the activations can be released from the account page. Please let me know if you still see any issues.
