probleme of refreshing licence

  The IT department of my client has a probleme
  
  in refreshing the licence, in this 2 workstations
  
  It asked me it to provide us with the following information
  - Public IP address queried by their software
  - Internet address queried by their software
  It has already excluded the executable on the antivirus :
  
  'ansysls_client.exe'
  
  the id portal ANSYS :
