Problems importing rhino files

  A customer has an import problem with rhino files, the file loads but nothing is displayed afterwards. How come? Can you give me an answer by today? It's urgent I can send the file on a secure link Best Regards

  The files are not opening on my end (in 2020R2.5 and 2021R1) too. I am not sure what could be the issue, I have sent the files to the developers. I will let you know.

    This is detected to be a bug in SpaceClaim, which seems to be carried in 2021R1 as well. It is fixed in 2021R2.

  I have sent the files to the developers. We had a similar query earlier, for which a bug ticket was filed, it revealed that the problem was with a corrupt surface that SpaceClaim was not able to read. Although in your case I can see that, the file is opening with other CADs. I will await a response from the developers, will let you know. If it concludes being a bug in SC, I will go ahead and file a ticket for it.
