PROBLEMS WITH BOUNDARY CONDITIONS

Hi everyone! I've tried so much to implement a rotation in a wall, but simply i can not. The simulation is about a fluid enters by "inlet" and the "wall" are rotating dispersing the fluid (I atached a picture), but i can not observe the efect of the rotary face. Please I feel so streed.
These are the option that always select but no works
