Proxy or Firewall Problem

      I have a client who facing a licensing problem. They can activate the subscription, but after 1-2 months, the license will loss. Don't know how to resolve it.

      Does the customer have a proxy server?

      Has the customer looked through the Troubleshooting Document?

      If not, could you please guide him through points 4, 5 and 6 (especially 5B if they have a proxy server) ?

      If nothing works, could you please send us all the diagnostic files as listed in #6?

      My client who are using ANSYS Discovery Ultimate with subscription, the version is 2019R3.

      This client have to use the Discovery under a security internet with Firewall and Proxy Server.

      To activate the license, this client need to activate the license using non-restriction internet LAN and put the machine back under the security internet with Firewall and Proxy Server.

      The license will be disconnect every months, it is very inconvenient to the client. The client tried to follow the attached guideline to setup for Proxy Server.

      Attached please find the setting and information, but the license can’t be activated under the security internet.

      May I know how to resolve it?
