Proxy settings for ANSYS discovery?

  I was advised to connect through a special proxy server in my firm, in order to reach the ANSYS license server. How do you assign a specific proxy server in ANSYS Discovery?

  Hello Kouji If you use a network proxy server to reach the internet, ANSYS discovery products will pick up your system settings. The system settings can be configured as follow: Open the Internet Properties window (the left one) then click on LAN settings to open the right window where the proxy server details can be specified: Please let me know if this helps.

  Well, it looks like my proxy settings are already set, but I still cannot reach the license server.
  
  I believe my system people have to work together with our local ANSYS support to get the right settings, since I have no permission to alter our proxy settings.
  
  Is it possible to directly consult ANSYS Japan on this case, or is support for Discovery limited to this forum?

  https://ansys-fno.flexnetoperations.com:443 を試してみましたが，"Error 403 - forbidden"と出てきます。
  
  やはりプロキシのポリシーで遮断されているのではないでしょうか？

    Kouji Are you using latest version of Discovery? It was available on Feb 26 on forum.

    Yes, I downloaded the newest version this Monday.
    
    Please refer to the new started thread "Does ANSYS license server accept user authenticated proxies?"
    
    I think ANSYS license server does not support connections from user authenticated proxies.
