Pull function in SpaceClaim

  How do I pull the surface highlighted in orange? What is the limitation for pull function?

  The face type (like Spline) and the adjacent faces connected to the highlighted region might be restricting it from getting pulled.
  
  Also, from the image it is not clear how many entities are selected for pulling since it is showing 3 yellow arrows pointing upwards.
  
  What is your final goal in this case? Do you want to add thickness to the section by pulling the faces? Can you first select the faces, copy them (using Ctrl +C key) and paste them (using Ctrl+V key) and now try to pull the new set faces faces to create a thick body?
