ping出力は、顧客のファイアウォール設定によって接続要求がブロックされる可能性があることを示しています。 ANSYS Discovery製品のブロックを解除するために必要なファイアウォール設定については、下記のポスト5を参照してください。 このポストに記載されているように、ITチームからファイアウォールを変更する必要があるかもしれません。
