Ansys Employee你可以将LDF文件转为Matlab。你将LDF导入工作空间后,将数组转化为Matlab能保存的Dataset,参见自输入光源例子。
不过,我测试是成功的:输入后先点击Apply就可以。

Ansys Employee那你要看看你的ZBF文件是否正确。我测试可以工作。
你也可以将ZBF文件读入脚本,再转换为Matlab。
另外,如果这是普通波导的模式,这个波导在仿真空间,你应该用Port或者模式光源想办法找到这个模式,而不是输入,因为内部光源更精确,自输入需要再插值。
