请问仿真时autoshutoff 完全不减小是为什么呢？

  提供的信息太少，无法猜测。
  如果脉冲较长，或者器件很长，这是正常的，因为只有第一个脉冲透射出去以后仿真区内的能量才会变小。此外如果你仿真文件4周都是周期边界或者金属边界，光能量无法逸出，也是有可能的。
  全程都是1，也有可能说明仿真时间设置的不够长，增加100倍试一下。

  你可以添加时间监视器看看脉冲的振幅是否在变小？参见上面链接中的时间监视器结果，以及为什么要长时间仿真。
  缺省情况下，Ansys Insight: 关于Auto shut off min &auto shut of max 这个数值是1e-5.
