如果脉冲较长,或者器件很长,这是正常的,因为只有第一个脉冲透射出去以后仿真区内的能量才会变小。此外如果你仿真文件4周都是周期边界或者金属边界,光能量无法逸出,也是有可能的。
全程都是1,也有可能说明仿真时间设置的不够长,增加100倍试一下。

你可以添加时间监视器看看脉冲的振幅是否在变小?参见上面链接中的时间监视器结果,以及为什么要长时间仿真。
缺省情况下,Ansys Insight: 关于Auto shut off min &auto shut of max 这个数值是1e-5.
