请问老师，我用mode solutions的eigen solver仿真如下覆盖有GST的波导，得到的模式的损耗非常大，达到10000dB/cm

  GST折射率为6.0769+0.904i，这个材料损耗非常大，你自己换算一下。结果损耗大，你需要先排除PML的影响，即加大仿真区，逐步测试，可能网格需要细化等。
