Ansys Employee可能有两个问题:
1: 仿真设置: 无限长狭缝还是有限限长? 无限长用2D即可,有限长需要将长度包括进去。目前的光源仅照明一部分狭缝,用的好像是平面波,PML边界。此时PML将平面波截断产生一次衍射。
请斟酌要仿真什么样的狭缝,如何设置。需要时间思考。
2: 300微米远监视器没有监测到数据,说明光信号根本没有传播到这里。大量的时间是因为内存需要太大造成的。 因为狭缝后面没有其它微结构,不要如此仿真,而是仿真很短距离,然后用farfieldexact 计算任意距离上的场分布。参见

Subscriber老师,我想再问一个问题,如果我要求一个周期结构(500nm小球的阵列)在10cm处的衍射图样,我可以直接用farfieldexact3d函数吗,还是说需要先求角分布再求实空间的分布呢?感谢老师回复!

Ansys Employee仿真时间太短;脉冲是一个一个网格向前走的。
周期结构不可以用Far field系列脚本,那是为非周期结构准备的。
周期结构一个先做光栅分析,结果在1米远球面上;再通过位相修正再指定平面上不同衍射级叠加,参见
