Ansys Employee平面波加周期边界只能用光栅分析,不能用Far field系列脚本。
没有其它结构的话,检查一下光源是否有限大小(如果是将产生衍射,加上周期边界的作用)。
Z方向是PML吗?
你借用一个周期仿真的例子,比如光栅,将结构disable,测试看看,再比较你的设置。

Ansys Employee因为你用错了结果是非物理的!
记住,平面波加周期边界或者BLoch不能用farfield 系列脚本计算,只能用光栅分析。
我只能告诉你正确的方法,其它方法我没有办法提供帮助,因为不正确。
非周期用PML,监视器边缘上的场为零才可以计算farfield。
