Question about getting wrong force values in results but correct in solution

As the title says I have been working on simulating a NACA 4412 airfoil to get some force values. Within the solver the force results are correct and I get the expected lift value, however when I go into the results window after closing the solution the force values are completely wrong. I have been trying for several hours and cannot figure out what is wrong, if any extra detail is needed I will be more than happy to share. Below I have attached the screenshot of both values.
