I'm trying to create a mesh for an oven. Making one mesh for the entire oven was complicated so I decided to break the oven into 3 components and mesh them individually as shown below (Oven Geometry.png)

You could try using watertight geometry workflow for meshing if you haven't tried it already. You could mesh the entire geometry. Please refer to tutorials online if you need help getting started.
