Question on mole fractions of Chemkin sample file

  Hello, I am using the Chemkin program.
  
  I am conducting simulations on the plamsa reaction. There was a sample file in Chemkin, and I am working on my project referring to it.
  
  I found out that in sample file, the mole fraction of E(electron) is set to 0.002 in the initial gas. Is there a way to know the mole fraction of E in Initial gas? If so, what keywords should I search for? If not, I would appreciate it if you could tell me why they set 0.002 in sample file.
