Questions about Q3D extractor simulator in Ansys SIwave

  I have some questions about the use of the Q3D extractor simulator in Ansys SIwave.
  First of all, when extracting parasitics from PCBs, will the Q3D extractor be accurate at all frequencies (both high and low), or only at low frequencies as it is for transmission lines?
  Secondly, can we use the Q3D extractor simulator in conjugation with other simulators (like IcePack, HFSS, etc.)? Or can we only use each simulator separately from each other?
