Ansys Employee你需要进入QAnalysisScript里面运行看看给出什么错误。不过你的这个结构看起来没有谐振腔构成啊,像是将高斯光束耦合到Y方向有金属的有限波导中,传播方向没有结构变化,形不成腔体因而没有谐振。你可以加时间监视器,仿真后看其频谱大致评估一下。

Ansys Employee你只是想计算谐振而不是算耦合,是吧?这样的话应该用偶极子云在结构里面,而不是用外面入射的高斯光,否则不仅进入谐振结构里面的光变弱,而且不能激发所有模式。请参考网上谐振的例子,你搜一下好几个例子呢。
其次,你说是周期结构,是沿X水平坐标轴吗?如果不是沿X轴,你可能得不到谐振;
你的电极如果沿Y轴,你希望用它作为谐振的反射器吗?
另外你的结构Configuration与EME一样吗?
从前面屏拷似乎没有看出什么反射面。请仔细检查,一般findresonance 可以找到低Q和高Q,也许你要选好仿真时间,如果Q低而你的仿真时间有很长,可能有点问题。无论是findresonance 函数还是用傅里叶变换方法,都需要选取合适的时间段,请参考网上例子。
