R incorrect in size

  Hello,
  The optimization issue is still present like in this post: https://forum.ansys.com/forums/topic/optimization-4/
  I would like to check the reasons why R is incorrect in size.
  R is the name for my DFT monitor. How can I check if it is incorrect in size? I saw earlier answers but could you elaborate on this more?
  If possible, could you check out this file as well?
